Bacup Library Project
During half term a group of 15 young people aged 8 to 16 years old took advantage of PAYP (Positive Activities for Young People) funding to participate in the Bacup Library Arts Project. The project was organised by Lancashire County Council Youth Workers in Rossendale and Bacup Library Staff.
The aim of the week long project was to produce images, now on display in the library, portraying young people’s use of and presence in Bacup Library.
